4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy and/or until the user stops using the platform, closes the user account, or requests the deletion of their data. Salesgenix may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Salesgenix may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period if required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. The collection of this information is the sole responsibility of the main user, who acts as the data controller for their customers and potential customers, while Salesgenix acts solely as a technology provider and data processor on their behalf.

The customer data collected through the use of the platform may include,

among other things, contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, job title and company, as well as information derived from commercial interactions, responses to messages, communication history and data related to the lead conversion process.

Salesgenix does not control or determine the purpose or means of processing

the customer data of the main users. Users are responsible for ensuring that the collection and processing of this information complies with applicable privacy and data protection regulations, including obtaining consent where required. Salesgenix is limited to providing the technological infrastructure that enables the collection and processing of this data in accordance with the instructions of the main user.

Under no circumstances will Salesgenix use the customer data of the main users

for its own purposes, unless express and legitimate consent has been obtained

for this or it is required by law. Salesgenix implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed through the platform, guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and availability. However, the responsibility for determining the permissions, legal bases and compliance measures in relation to the processing of customer data lies exclusively with the main user.

If any customer or potential customer of a main user wishes to exercise rights

over their personal data, they should contact the main user directly, who is solely responsible for dealing with such requests. Salesgenix is not authorized to modify, access or delete this data except under explicit instructions from the main user

or when required by law.

 

7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

The personal information of our customers and users is an important and fundamental part of our platform. Under no circumstances will we sell or

share information with third parties that has not been previously authorized

by the user or owner of the personal data. We share user information only

and exclusively as described below.
